Yahoo using Google Code..!
There is a really cool syntax highlighter in the YUI documentation. I was wondering how they did it and clicked on the "?" link, that opened an about page that said "dp.SyntaxHighlighter" Version 1.3.0, with a further link to http://www.dreamprojections.com/syntaxhighlighter/, which redirected to know where? http://code.google.com/p/syntaxhighlighter/. I thought it was very interesting. Kudos to Yahoo! for not having the NIH syndrome!
And also, great job Alex!

YSlow Benchmarking
I was playing with YSlow for Firebug, a neat little tool from Yahoo!. It is actually a plugin to Firebug which analyses the performance of your web pages. My projects barely managed to get a passing grade :(. It was fun to check the performance of various sites:
Site | Score | Grade |
99 | A | |
Yahoo | 93 | A |
YouTube | 62 | D |
Netvibes | 54 | F |
Myspace | 58 | F |
Slashdot | 51 | F |
CNN | 35 | F |
Impiger | 64 | D |
Infosys | 51 | F |
W3C | 79 | C |
